2024 was a banner year for music: we witnessed an epic hip hop beef, Beyoncé released a Billboard #1 top country album (that was snubbed at the Country Music Association Awards) and more broadly, we were introduced to a ton of new favorite tracks by both mainstream artists and underground wonders. Here are the fifty songs released in 2024 that got the most spins on The Drop.
NOTE: Some newer songs place lower on the list than songs that came out earlier in the year, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t love them as much. Also, many tracks from 2023 got lots of love this year (Lucky Daye and Victoria Monét, we’re looking at y’all!), but we are only including songs that came out this year.
