This week on The MORNING DROP, Amerykah Jones and Sugabear talked about the latest Tik Tok makeup trend…which is to do your makeup to make it look like you have been crying. The #CryingMakeup hashtag has gathered over 5.1 million views! We’re shook y’all. The goal is not just to look like you’re crying or have been crying but to sort of achieve a flushed and glowy look.
Content creator, Zoe Kim Kenealy said in her viral video of the trend:
“You know how we look good when we cry? It just comes with the territory,” she continues. “Anyways, if you’re not in the mood to cry, here’s how to get the look with makeup.” The results are a soft, smudgy lip, flushed cheeks, slightly red and glimmering eyes, and glossy skin – perfect for any sad girl.
