The summer is heating up, and we’re getting pumped for the 2nd Annual 104.7 The DROP Block Party!

We can’t wait to share this FREE live music event as a THANK YOU for your support. 104.7 THE DROP is “The People’s Station for R&B and Hip Hop,” and, as public media, we are so proud to give back to our outstanding Colorado communities.
Here’s some important information to consider before you arrive.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This show will take place rain or shine. The show is all-ages. Everyone is required to have a ticket for entry. Valid ID is either a current, government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID) OR a copy of your birth certificate, driver’s permit, combined with a photo ID (e.g. school ID, gym membership).
SCREENING PROCESS
Metal detectors are in place for all events. Attendees should allow extra time for entry into the venue. To speed the security screening process please remove keys, cell phones, cameras and any other large metal objects from your pockets. Coins and wallets can be left in pockets. Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags and equipment bags are prohibited.
Attendees who refuse screening will be denied entry.
PERSONAL VS. PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS
Generally, personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses or lenses that extend more than 5 inches) are not permitted without prior venue approval. At tour/artist/other request, this policy may change for any given event. If you have concerns or questions about a specific show, please contact 104.7 THE DROP. Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are NOT permitted into the facility:
- No large bags, large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, equipment bags, hard case containers, etc.
- No outside alcohol
- No metal water bottles/flasks
- No cans
- No coolers
- No weapons (e.g. knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
- No laser pointers/pens
- No pucks, balls, or other missile-like objects
- No air horns/whistles
- No signs/banners or signs/banners attached to sticks or poles
- No large umbrellas
- No lawn chairs
- No drones
- No illegal drugs
- No chemicals
- No animals (except service animals)
- No fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
- No skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
- No bikes or scooters
- No unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- No selfie sticks
PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATES
Due to the latest public health updates from the state of Colorado, we have updated our health policies to mirror all City and State guidelines, which includes the removal of vaccine mandates for certain venues. As always, our requirements for entry are subject to change or reversal based on updated data that includes infection rates, transmission data, variant developments, as well as mandates or regulations from federal, state, and/or local government agencies or instrumentalities. Artists may require vaccination and/or a negative test and that request will be communicated to ticket holders when/if the request is made.
COVID-19 WARNING
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending our events will not be exposed to COVID-19.
ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All attendees agree to follow event policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the event. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html.
